The Beginning
In 2006 we took on this 1885 Italianate in a top to bottom renovation. Like most of our projects, this house had been neglected for many years. We painstakingly restored original features such as the rolled eave and brackets, sleeping porch, and added a complimentary new front porch.

LIVING
Originally there was a small hall way leading to the kitchen that had been converted to a coat closet. We eliminated the wall and opened the living and entry to the kitchen.
KITCHEN
We took what was originally a family living space and made it a gorgeous U-shaped kitchen with center island. White shaker cabinets, museum crown with decca drop, all create an over the top gathering space.
DINING
We dressed up this space with an authentic stamped tin ceiling and wainscoting.
